Aerated Brick Autoclave, also known as steaming brick kettle and AAC steam curing kettle, is a large steam curing pressure vessel for producing aerated bricks and aerated concrete blocks. Aerated Brick Autoclave is generally a steel horizontal cylinder device, which is composed of autoclave body, cover, safety operating device, support saddle, sealing device, pipeline valve instrumentation and control system. Aerated Brick Autoclave uses saturated steam as a medium to steam and cure products at high temperature and high pressure.

Application field: Aerated concrete blocks, concrete pipe piles, lime-sand bricks, coal ash bricks,micro-porous calcium silicate boards, new lightweight wall materials, thermal insulation asbestos boards, high-strength gypsum and other building materials.
